If someone confronts you or antagonizes you in some way, always remember that all attack is a call for help.

Here in the realm of the physical, we often forget that we are all part of the same source and consciousness that created the universe. The person confronting you is actually asking you to help them remember “who they really are”. See the light in them and realize that they are, in actuality, just a different aspect of you. They need your help and it is entirely your choice to respect that request or ignore them. However, by ignoring them you are ignoring a higher part of yourself. We are all one at the highest levels of our consciousness. This is how we “practice oneness.”
